Ingredients:
- – 8 ounces of lion’s mane mushrooms
- 1 tablespoon of Sichuan pepper
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon of minced ginger
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon of chili flakes
Instructions
- Slice the mushrooms into thin pieces and set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine the Sichuan pepper, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, minced garlic, and ginger. Whisk together until evenly combined.
- In a large wok or skillet, heat the vegetable oil and sesame oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the mushrooms to the pan and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the combined sauce and green onions to the pan and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- Add the chili flakes, stir to combine, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Serve over steamed rice
